What a wonderful hidden secret!! Seriously long time ago we had such good food and wine combinations! Also taking our two silent dogs was not an issue. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and I could not have wished for more.

An extraordinary place. This restaurant / hotel was one of the clear highlights of our holiday in Southern France. The room was beautiful and modern, same for the restaurant area. Even in the land of fine dining, dinner here was exceptional. Every dish was imaginative, beautifully presented and of course absolutely delicious. I hope I’ll have a chance to visit again. 5* across the board.

We had a fabulous lunch today. For those who love food, this is the place to try out! Beautiful terrace overlooking the Tarn river, excellent service and stellar quality food that is innovative and uses local produce. We were very impressed!

There are places where we like to spend time. A Saturday. One windy day, one rainy day, by a crackling fire, we decide to have the Vegetarian Menu. And what a surprise! A real stroll of flavors. Work, mastery of tastes, textures and cooking. Seasonal, local, fresh, elegant, lovely products. All accompanied by a succulent wine, expertly recommended by the owner of the place!

Just a little time away from everything. The terrace of this restaurant is really spacious. The tables are placed so that no one finds themselves side by side with a stranger. The setting is really very pleasant and relaxing. Light bulbs, discreet at nightfall, make this moment more intimate. The dishes offered are varied and of both taste and visual quality. As the menu is not infinite, this allows you to benefit from real product freshness. This is not an “ordinary” restaurant, quite the contrary. You come here looking for exercise and the reactivity of your taste buds. Delighted with this experience and this encounter with this place which I warmly recommend.

We had a great time at Sahuc. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the setting, the finesse of the food served worthy of a starred restaurant. We recommend the Expression menu with Food and Wine pairing.
